Can't find your answer? Contact our support team below.
What is electronic notarization?
It is notarization of an electronic document by an Electronic Notary Public, who affixes an electronic signature and an electronic notarial seal with a QR code. It can be done remotely by videoconference (REN) or with you physically present before the ENP (IEN).
Which documents can I have notarized?
Upload documents as PDF or PDF/A, including scanned paper documents. The ENP reviews each request and confirms the right notarial act.
What ID do I need?
A valid government-issued ID, such as PhilSys, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License. You also complete a face and liveness check.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the notarial act. You see the full amount before you submit your request.
How can someone check that my document is genuine?
They can scan the QR code on the document or enter its verification code on the Verify Document page. No account is needed.
Is ElNotaryo an accredited Electronic Notarization Facility?
We will publish our accreditation details here once they are confirmed.
